This is another launch party with free entry. The red carpet opens at 9 pm. Ladies can go on the website below to win a free drink. The location is simply stunning, right by the ocean in Canggu. Visitors to Finns have got a treat in store as you can laze away the day in the sun on single and double day beds on the beach or swim in the infinity pool and enjoy a drink at the bar. A resident DJ entertains from 1 pm. However, this write up is all about the launch party which will see party goers revel until the early hours of the morning.

Summer Series Foam Party (25 June)

The Bali Ball (22 July)
The Bali Ball is one of Bali’s leading charity events. Founded in 2012 by Luke Stockley of Jemme Jewellery and Dining and co-hosted by Alila Seminyak, The Bali Ball is definitely one of Bali’s high season events worth attending especially as it raises money for good causes. Set in a beautiful location, the evening consists of a cocktail reception, a gourmet five course menu, fine wines and great auction and raffle prizes. The dress code is black tie. All funds raised will go to the Bali Children Foundation. This evening is one of the highlights of the Bali event calendar and highly recommended. It is a month away but time flies and it is worth purchasing your tickets early to guarantee your seats.

The Paris Cat Jazz Club (23 and 24 June)
We would like to welcome The Paris Cat Jazz Club, the newest and coolest in town to add to the glitz and glam that Jl Petitenget has now become. I am sure that Bali’s long term residents remember when the only venue in that area was Laluciola and the odd warung. It is great to see how hip and happening the area is now. The Paris Cat Jazz Club is a new live music haunt, filled with music lovers and it will surely become your second home! The ambience is perfect with framed portraits of history’s musical legends with live jazz featuring the regions finest local and international touring jazz artists. Great food, cocktails and good times are what this venue is all about. Dennis Junio a saxophonist will perform his debut on Friday and this will be a performance not to be missed. The following evening The Mia Samira Quintet will perform a Billie Holiday Tribute. Originally from Jakarta, Mia Samira started her professional singing career at the tender age of 19 with passion and has performed at some of the best musical venues in Asia including The Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental and the Grand Hyatt. Mia is a regular on the jazz club circuit throughout Asia. This is an evening, again not to be missed.

Vice at Potato Head Beach Club (1 – 2 July)
Vice an Indonesian news/media company are celebrating the launch of their Indonesia office with a two-day extravaganza at one of Bali’s top entertainment venues, Potato Head. The ‘weekender’ party features DJ Harvey hailing from Los Angeles, Dea and Zatua from Bali on Saturday. Trevor Jackson from London is the lead DJ on Saturday after live music from Jogjakarta’s rising star Senawa and a DJ set from Seabass, Potato Head’s very own artist in residence. Free entry is at sunset with an art show and a video exhibition of some of Vices best work all weekend long. Potato Head gurantees a long weekend of entertainment.
